13 March 2019, the European Chemicals Agency, has published proposals for three chemicals to be identified as SVHC and launched a public comment, which will end at 29 April, 2019。 If a substance is identified as an SVHC, it will be added to the Candidate List for eventual inclusion in the Authorisation List。

HFPO-DA is commonly used as a processing aid for fluoropolymer production. 2-methoxyethyl acetate is usually used in semiconductor production, paint, varnish, varnish, ink, coating, adhesives, textiles, leather and so on.  TNPP is commonly used as an antioxidant in the production of plastics and rubber products, polymers, coatings, adhesives, and food-contact plastics.

C&K Testing reminds enterprises that, the product containing SVHC materials, whose content exceeds 0。1%, needs to inform ECHA。 In later 6 months, the product containing more than 0。1% the concentration of a single SVHC in the article and the annual export volume is more than 1 ton, shall notify the ECHA。 The list of SVHC updates twice a year。
